The students of the International HRM Master have created this HR innovation database with the objective of gathering and highlighting the best examples of innovations taking place in all HR fields (recruitment, training, talent management…) and all market sectors worldwide. This has been coordinated by Yasmina Jaïdi, Director of CIFFOP International Master’s degree and Pedro Gonzalo, HR professional, professor and HR innovation expert (visit his blog here).

This database aims to inform and inspire both HR and non-HR professionals as well as students about key ideas and trends reshaping people management on the market. As far as we know, this is the first existing HR innovation database, so enjoy it and don’t hesitate to share it with your peers in search of ideas and inspiration…

Why an HR innovation blog?

Innovation has become a magic word in our everyday lives. When thinking of innovation, most people think of its technical aspect (digitalisation, IT systems…). However, the real stake of innovation is mostly human and not technical. And yet, in today’s organizations, HR and innovation often appears as an oxymoron…

CIFFOP (Paris 2 University, Panthéon-Assas) is seen by many as the best school in France for HR professionals. One of its missions is to make its students become the HR innovation catalysts of the future. For us, HR innovation is about fully rethinking and reshaping HRM as the cornerstone of successful and creative organizational transformation.
