WHAT IS THIS HR INNOVATION ABOUT?

Pandora’s employee experience programs include:

  • PERG (Pandora Employee Resource Group): A PERG can be created if there are minimum 5 employees with same interest in any subject, (i.e. data analytics, baking, yoga) whether it is for professional development or just a hobby. Pandora funds $1000 per year for each PERG.

  • VTO (Volunteer Time Off): Pandora employees are given paid time off of 40 hours a year to do volunteer work in their communities
