Biscuiterie Poult historical factory (established in 1883) on the sweet biscuits market, the Poult Group has accompanied the development of the private label in France and it is now the leader. For some years now it has been internationalized more and export sales has increased. Poult Group has also developed industrial subcontracting partnerships with other major brands in France.
WHAT IS THIS HR INNOVATION ABOUT?
It's more of an organizational complete innovation, with a lot of different implications in terms of HRM, within a Factory. They based everything upon trust rather than control : Hierarchy flattened ; transversal teams to work upon each product developped in an iterative and collaborative way ; no reporting ; each team sets its own objectives, no executive committee.
