Self-Managed training
Teams decide on their own what kind of trainings do they need, look for the best provider which can be both external trainer or another Buurtzorg team
The team can spend freely up to 3% of the team revenue for training purpose
Peer Coaching
An hour of peer coaching session allocated to some teams every month, or for other teams whenever a team member requests, for the issues they are facing when dealing with hard situations with patients

To create self-governing teams to provide the best possible medical and other supportive home care services to the community
To avoid unnecessary costs nor inefficient training without real outcome
To help nurses find their own solutions for the issues they are facing with patients
