WHAT IS THIS HR INNOVATION ABOUT?

Every six weeks, some 960 employees of the plant Mars Chocolat in Haguenau are invited to participate in a 30-minute meeting, during working hours, during which they can ask any question to the executive team, orally or written (if they feel more comfortable doing it that way).

WHY WAS THIS INNOVATION IMPLEMENTED?

Facilitate the exchange of information. Eliminate hierarchies. Create a true family spirit

WHAT ARE ITS MAIN BENEFITS?

Enhance trust from employees to top management. Transparency with the collaborators. Letting them express themselves. Listening to the internal customers, gather new ideas and opportunities for improvement.
