Company, which is highly innovative, is founded by 3 Serbian guys that previously worked for Microsoft. Their aim was to establish not only a flat structure with really small teams, but also environment and culture where sense of belonging can dominate in order to facilitate the flow of creativity. Furthermore, they really created a family whose members share common interests (gaming) and spend a lot of time together. They wanted to facilitate the lives of their employees so they can focus on developing games. Moreover, the passion for gaming is an imperative, since that is the place where creativity, hence innovation and finally profit come from. Finally, al the employees are very young (below 30)and majority have working experience in global environment which is considered one of conditions for innovative approach.
